Alphathum : NOIDA WORLD ONE/ALPHATHUM

Plot area – 25 Acres

This is a mixed use project, spreading over 25 acres of prime land in NOIDA surrounded by high rise residential multi-storied buildings. We chose to integrate 75% IT workspace, 10% residential space and 15% for commercial space and recreational space into a unique interconnecting plan as opposed to having segregated zones.

The design is conceived intellectually by placing all IT towers along the periphery facing the main road and 18mt. wide internal roads with a huge landscaped open space with single storied themed shops with green terrace at the centre.

The central landscape Plaza within site too became an oasis for people to hang out. The retail spaces, food courts and café’s along the central green made it the hub of rejuvenation.

To enhance its luxury its three extremely stunning looking towers have the biggest infinity pool of around 900 feet in length.

The entire project is developed on Green building concept and composite construction technique.
