Urban planning in Space Combine is based upon the concept of sustainable
development to achieve a balance between a building and its environment.
Sustainability is achieved by designing based upon efficient land use,
better access with lesser use of automobile, efficient resource use, less
wastage, pollution controlled environment, restoration of natural system and
preservation of local culture. Township is developed with planning of land
parcels, urbanscape, designing of traffic system, landscaping and
infrastructure services, along with well-integrated existing system.
Architectural Design :
We believe that Architecture is not only limited to designing of built
structure, instead it is about creating sustainable spaces where function
has precedence over form. The design is developed in totality while
considering all the spheres of architecture i.e. planning form development,
landscaping, services, interiors etc. We also create masterpieces in a
limited time span, constrained sites and the ability to fulfill variety of
requirement but we believe in achieving only the best.

Structural Engineering :
Our structural design studio works with the peers in the field of
Architecture and with our esteemed clients to develop solutions to a full
range of structural needs.
We design safe and sound structures as per standard codes with
budget-conscious design process. Our built structures are too strong and
safe to face the natural disasters like earthquake, cyclones and delicate
site conditions like low-bearing capacity soil and high water table sites.
