The design intends to introduce new vocabulary of multistoried housing where the flats enjoy abundance light and ventilation as in open villas, Proposed Multistoried Gated community having 312 flats is designed with 13 storied towers, oriented such that most of the units enjoy the view of central landscape plaza and are directly ventilated from 3 sides.
