Few Details About The Project :

Located at Dubai waterfront “Madinat Al Arab”,Mystica a masterpiece of architecture has been elegantly designed with balance between function and its designer envelope. Due to its prime location on the beach, the concept of tower has been concieved from fins of Dolphins. To give all the units view of the sea, two rectangular volumes with little tilt towards sea are designed. Podium has been concieved as a base plate for the tower, which has swimming pool, gym, club & private garden.
