Proposed hotel having 2,00,000 sqft. built area and estimated cost of Rs. 80 Crore is planned to provide residential facility to International tourists expected during Common Wealth Games 2010. Conceptualized by Eco-ID of Singapore, the project is designed with 2 towers accommodating Independent commercial floors in “Stand alone G + 2 Building” and 170 Keys in main Tower. Elevation is developed with rhythmic play of lines, stacked volumes, Screen patterns which offer shading, transparency and interest to façade.
