The Proposed S.E.Z. project has been concieved for 85 % IT buildings, 10% Studio apartment anmd 5% Commercial buildings. Looking at it's character, it is decided to make some iconic buildings with all addressing to a beautifully landscaped courtyard so that one can really feel the corporate environment. Thus, we designed 6 Identical towers all addressing to the front courtyard.
