To limit the cost ,the multistoried towers are designed with Miwan Technology, where strength is achieved with concrete walls instead of traditional RCC columns. This technology can be defined as the future of construction system in mass housing. The 450 dwelling units with 1/2/3 bed rooms are planned in 5 towers with parking and services in basement, commercial and community center at ground level. The elegant yet cost effective elevation is planned with management of colours and shades on exposed concrete finish.
