Developed on concept of traditional Ethenic Architecture in 60 Acres site, naturally divided by master plan road, the project is developed in 2 phases as per marketing requirement of city. The first phase of 36 acres is designed with expandable built houses, having different plans but controlling the façade of built structure and 2nd phase is developed with plotted development to give the option of building independent houses as per user’s requirement.
The controlled elevation is designed with Arches, Tapered roof, bands, decorative railings, all finished with traditional specifications like brick, tiles and plain plastered finish.
The project cost is Rs.165 Cr.
