Uppal Chadha Hi Tech city is planned in 5000 Acre in technical collaboration with Surbana Consultants Pte Ltd, the renowned real estate designers and developers of Singapore. Proposed Township is designed on concept to create a total “ LIVE -WORK-PLAY”environment with international standards and self sustainable infrastructure.

This Singapore modelled city is designed with theme park, fantasy land, 27 hole golf course and other recreational facilities. For efficient transport system overhead monorail system is also proposed. The township also accommodates residential zone having landed housing and multistoried group housing, Clean industrial zone ( SEZ),comprehensive range of commercial and public facilities, planned education and medical city.

Estimated cost of project is Rs. 986 Cr.
