‘Uppal Chadha high-tech-city’ is conceptualized to keep the
'live -work-play' environment alive. It is proposed to be built in
technical collaboration with Surbana Consultants Pvt. Ltd. -
the renowned real estate designers and developers from
Singapore. This proposed city spans a humongous 22 square
kilometers (approx.) and it consists of theme parks, fantasy
land, large golf course and other recreational establishments.
For efficient transport system, an overhead monorail system is
also proposed. The township gives space to a residential zone
with independent housing and multi-storied group housing, a
clean industrial zone (SEZ), comprehensive range of
commercial and public facilities, planned educational
establishments and medical city. |
