Proposed Residential development is planned on 20 Acres site with 840 apartments of 3 bed rooms having 1.1 million sqft construction area and estimated cost as Rs. 7500 lacs . It has been stylized in the most modern way and has 4 storied 56 Blocks inter connected through open courtyards and landscaped greens interspersed at regular intervals which provides community spaces. Most of the apartments are planned in such a way that they face the green landscape area. Being the Government project, the Cost of this project is also controlled by Architecture design and value engineering. The parking is accommodated at ground level and no basements are proposed.
